About the Internship

Our 6-month internship program offers hands-on experience in research-driven projects. Interns work on rfSE Club, Sari, and initiatives in agriculture and tourism. No stipend is provided for the first 6 months, but exceptional performers may receive a full-time offer with ESOPs after 6 months. This is a chance to grow, learn, and contribute to Himachal’s future.

Build low-latency edtech and health platforms for rfSE Club and Sari. Work on cutting-edge AI tools using Rust, JavaScript, and small language models to solve education, health, and agriculture challenges.

Requirements

• Exceptional at communication skills
• Good at typing with at least 40 WPS
• Exceptional at doing research
• Passion to do something different in the Edtech/Health field

Focus Areas

• Develop low-latency features for rfSE Club’s edtech platform using Rust and Next.js
• Build blockchain-based solutions for agriculture and tourism
• Optimize memory and performance for scalability
• Integrate AWS services for robust hosting and email delivery

Ideal Candidate

• Strong skills in C/C++/Rust, Async Rust, Python, or JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of math, English, and computers; research skills in edtech/health
• Familiarity with cryptography, blockchain, or AWS is a plus
• Eager to learn, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment

Interview Process

After applying, we review your resume and responses. Shortlisted candidates get a 15-minute phone call. The main process includes:

• Relevant skills.
• Problem-solving session.
• Team meet-and-greet.

Process completes within one week via Google Meet.

Compensation

No stipend for the first 6 months. Exceptional interns may receive a full-time offer with ESOPs after 6 months.
